Meet the Team
Founder & trainer
Anne is an elite athlete and has been the only Dutch national champion in modern pentathlon for the last 10 years. She has been training and competing internationally the last 10 years, of which the last 3 years in Rome, Italy. She is also a certified personal trainer.
Jassina is a Belgian football player, playing for the National Belgian team. In the season of 2020/21 she started playing for the Dutch club PEC Zwolle, who currently are in the highest division of female football in The Netherlands. She is also a certified personal trainer.
Maud van der Meer
Maud is a Dutch swimmer. She won several gold medals individually and with the team at European and World Championships and swam in the relay at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro. In January 2021 she stopped swimming and now combines motherhood with a career in (sports) dietetics and as a trainer of Power Break.
Power Break really got our staff moving! The sessions are very engaging and fun. It's great to get out of your head in just 15 minutes and I've gotten lots of positive feedback for organizing them for the team. Also, in current times it's nice to have an extra moment to connect to colleagues.
